OMG, how am I going to get through the day? Answer: by making the word pandemic an action word. It’s our new world. Let’s remain positive and use your reclaimed time to learn, grow and live in a head space.

Well, start with the word, pandemic. Look up the word on dictionary.com or Google. Learn what it means and write it down. Seriously, do it now. Bookmark it on your phone. Now, take the word and break it down.

Pan. Find a pan in your kitchen and cook something. Make some cookies, muffins or a cake. It will take a couple of hours and you will have yummy treats for you and your family. Watch Peter Pan on Netflix or Amazon Prime. Go to your cupboard and check all the other pans, clean them and reorganize. The pans that are ugly with scratched Teflon, throw them out or line the bottom of the worst first and use it to grow some flowers or vegetables.

Dem and Demi. What is democracy? Who is Demosthenes? Make a demi- glace for your favorite meat or have tea in a demitasse. Use YouTube and learn how to cook, clean and learn.

Mic. What is a microphone? How can I drop the mic? Call your friends and Uncle Mic and Godmother Michelle, check in and have a fun conversation.

Keep moving. Stay mighty and positive!
